What players qualify for the Upgrade Program?
BrightSign Series 4 and older players qualify for the Upgrade Program. These players can be upgraded to Series 5 (with the exception of HD5 and XD5 models) or to Series 6.

How do I request an upgrade?
Submit the form on this page or contact your account executive to discuss the best upgrade solution for your current setup.

How long is the Upgrade Program available?
The Upgrade Program will run until the end of 2025.
