All standard video formats can be used including MP4, .MOV, .MKV, .WEBM, .TS, .MPG, .MPEG, .PS, .M2P, .MPV, .AVI, .HEVC, .H264, .AV1, .VP9, and .MJPG.
Additionally HTML and standard graphics files (BMP, JPEG, PNG) are accepted.

Do I have to cut up my content into parts?
No cropping or cutting necessary! Our multi-screen output feature does the work for you, allowing whole videos to span across various screen configurations.

Can I set my content across more than 4 screens?
Yes, video walls can be made to any configuration with no limit on the number of displays. Please refer to video synchronization to learn more.

How do I set the player for a resolution that is not listed in BrightSign Author software?
Custom resolutions can be set using BrightScripts (our powerful scripting language) and custom modelines (configuration lines that deliver information to the server about a connected display).
