BrightSign Software and Networking

BrightAuthor

BrightSign's included and highly acclaimed BrightAuthor PC-based software simplifies creating, updating, managing and monitoring digital signage displays. The visual-based interface enables users to easily create full-screen or multi-zone playlists for looping displays containing image, video and even HTML5 content. It also easily implements BrightSign features such as touch interactivity, UDP commands, day-parting and networking. Simple data integration, or Live Text, can be used to connect Twitter feeds, stock tickers and other public and private databases to PoP displays, menu boards, waitlist, manufacturing or corporate displays and more.

Combined, BrightAuthor software and BrightSign digital signage players offer a complete, end-to-end solution for businesses and organizations to economically showcase a product, demonstrate it in-use or provide entertaining information on flat-screen or HD displays. This feature-rich software solution is included with all BrightSign purchases at no additional cost.

BrightSign Network

The BrightSign Network frees users from the complexities and costs associated with hosting and maintaining their own network, and is scalable to serve networks from one to hundreds of players. The BrightSign Network is user-accessible using two included applications - BrightAuthor software and the BrightSign Network Web UI. Through BrightAuthor software, users can gain access not only to the tools to create presentations, but also to schedule updates, manage multiple networked groups of displays and review real-time reports via a secure Internet connection. BrightAuthor additionally provides network monitoring and network health reports for the BrightSign Network.
