BrightSign XD Demos

Download demo presentations to see BrightSign XD’s capabilities.

Instructions

  • Download the published presentation file (Ensure that the presentation is compatible with your BrightSign model)
  • Unzip the file and copy the entire contents onto a MicroSD card
  • Insert the MicroSD card into your BrightSign unit and apply power
  • To make changes to the presentation, download the source file and use BrightAuthor to open the *.bpf project file included with the demo

4K Full Screen Presentation

This presentation features a continuously looping landscape 4K video playback of various ocean scenes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BrightSign XD233, XD1033, XT243 or XT1143 model with firmware version 6.2.38 or higher
  • MicroSD Class 10 memory card with the published demo
  • 4K60p or 4K30p display

Car Dealership Touch/Social Media

This presentation is an example of a car dealership digital kiosk to select car model videos to playback. It also includes an HTML5 zone of animated social media posts for the car brand.

Details:

  • Operation: Touch the buttons on the bottom to playback a video for each option
  • Key Features: multi-zone, 1080p60 video, touch screen interactive, HTML Postano social media text slab feed

Sushi HTML5 Menu Board

This presentation showcases a BrightSign XD Smart Menu Board created using a hybrid of BrightSign video, Live HDTV and image content layered with HTML5 content. The HTML5 zone contains the menu-board image and logo, along with menu item animations. The HTML pulls menu items and pricing from a JSON data file.

Minimum Requirements:

Networked BrightSign XD1230 or higher

  • SDHC Class 10 memory card containing the published Presentation
  • HDMI input source (such as another BrightSign unit)
  • 1080p60 display
  • 2 HDMI cables

Firmware/BrightAuthor:

  • XD1132 firmware version 5.1.24 or higher and BrightAuthor v4.1.0.8 or higher
